Gosh this is awkward, I don’t know where to begin. Show notes for this week I guess.

so whats the most recent in female artist news?
let’s go with bullet points:
-So Amy Winehouse got charged last September with assaulting a fan and just went to court for it last week, and naturally, plead not-guilty. The kicker is.. she was set to play at Coachella Festival next month, and now she can’t. Her people don’t seem to think she will be able to get a visa considering the US refused to grant her a visa to come to the Grammy’s last year because of another charge. So what about this is good news? Guess who’s taking Miss Bee-Hive’s spot at Coachella?…. MIA is taking over, and will be performing her first live show since the birth of baby Ikhyd Edgar Arular Bronfman. What a cute name.
-The No Doubt reunion tour will be making its way through Atlanta on June 5. Lawn tickets are only $10. Be there.
-Finally got the new Neko Case album into the rotation, rather than just playing the one song we had to sample, People Got A Lot of Nerve. We all know how sick DJ Elle was getting of that song. The point? The album is good. Oh, and Neko Case is playing at Variety on April 2. It’s a sold out show but maybe you can work something out.
-Lovely Lily Allen got kicked out of a Dublin hotel this past weekend for banging on the door of DJ “Felix da Housecat,” who thought she was a crazy fan and called the cops. They drug her out screaming “F* Felix da Housecat.” Geez, my favorite ladies are all so, so classy.”
-Turns out Lily Allen and Katy Perry are going to be here in Atlanta for shows on the same night, April 15. I wonder if they’ll have a rondezvous. With Katy Perry kissing girls, and Lily Allen being down for anything, that could be fun. Right?
-Finally, someone buy me all of St. Vincent’s albums, please?
