Hello loyal listeners. Shane and I both went to Tampa over this past weekend with our wonderful woman friends to see the ACC Championship game. Georgia Tech won and we rejoiced throughout the night! Also, I want to wish Shane Barkley(my co-host) a happy birthday as he celebrated his 22nd on Sunday.

If any of you were wondering about that status of our show the current plan is this:

-We will be continuing to do our show throughout the break, but will be sure to let everyone know via Facebook/a blog if we are not able to do so one week.

-Our show will be continuing next semester at the same time! Hooray!

-Also, I will be on Matt Nix on Mondays tonight! Listen in! His show is from 10 PM to 12 PM and is awesome.

Thank you guys for supporting us during our first semester doing this and we look forward to developing our content and making our show even better in 2010!

Shane and I are doing a research propasal for a class that centers around increasing the listenership and visibility of Owl Radio. We are looking for specific statistics involving the day to day ratings of the station. More specifically, we wish to observe how the ratings vary after we do promotional events so that we may gauge which strategies are effective and which are not. We both believe that harvesting the information and using it to create more effective promotional strategies will help Owl Radio become the force on campus that it deserves to be! If anybody has any information to volunteer for us please let one of us know either in the comment section of this blog or in an email. Thank you guys very much from the guys from A Case of the Mondays!
