The Opera is Atlanta’s destination for the nightclub scene. Coined as Atlanta’s favorite party destination, the venue also features the biggest artists in the club scene including Alison Wonderland, Steve Aoki, David Guetta and DJ Snake- just to name a few. Last Friday the ATL nightclub caught a glimpse of Grammy Award-winning German producer and DJ, Paul van Dyk as a part of his Dreamstate tour. Being named #1 DJ three times, Paul van Dyk definitely lives up to his reputation. Everything from his beats to his trippy visuals on the LED backdrop created an ambient trance that could be felt throughout the club, front to back. Paul van Dyk’s ultimate goal is to bring together fans of music from all walks of life, and The Opera experienced just that. His energy brought everyone together on the dance floor with uplifted spirits. With festivals like the annual Shaky Beats in Centennial Olympic Park, Atlanta is no stranger to EDM music, but the city has never experience an artist so masterful at his craft like Paul van Dyk.
